After the doctor injected Wen Niannan with a sedative, the person in the bed stopped struggling and has eventually fallen asleep afterwards.
Because of the fierce struggle and dodge, the gauze on the head and the fixation on the legs were torn off by Wen Niannan, thus the doctor had to bandage it again.
The doctor opened the door to walk out. He glanced at Gu Yansheng who was standing at the door whose still confounded. He took the medical record in his hand and said
“The patient suffered from a strong stimulus and hallucination. Mr. Gu, do you know the reason why the patient acted that way?”
Gu Yansheng shifted his gaze to avoid eye contact, looking at the floor as he spoke faintly “I don’t know.”
“Then how did he get those injuries? Was it from a car accident?”
“No…I don’t know. ”
The doctor was stunned “You don’t know? Are you not his husband?”
A different color flashed in Gu Yansheng’s eyes. The emotions on his face bacame hard to decipher “Yes… Uhmm…no…”
