Zhou Yuanfeng went out, returning after a while, carrying a first aid kit.

“Here, put a good bandage on him, the wound is deep, you need to do it fast or it’ll leave a scar.” He sighed shaking his head, then he got up to leave.

“Wait, why do I have to bandage him? Why don’t you do it? Why don’t we let Aunt Lan or…”

“President Gu, will you get tired if you bandage the wound of your husband? You’re the one who beat him, why are you asking if it’s you who have to do it?”

When he heard Zhou Yuanfeng’s irony, Gu Yansheng’s face became more and more repulsive, he took the first aid kit in an unfriendly manner.

Now Gu Yansheng and Wen Niannan were alone in the room. He walked to the bed looking at the person on the bed. The wound was on his brow above his eye, the blood was coagulated on it.

Unwillingly Gu Yansheng took out a piece of cotton applying it some disinfectant, bandaging after. When he was wiping the wound, he used too much force, so the asleep person moved uncomfortably because of the pain.

“Don’t move, or I’ll throw you into the basement again.” Gu Yansheng threatened him with impatience because he was moving his head to the sides.

Wen Niannan frowned shaking his head nervously, he kept talking nonsense while sleeping.

“It hurts me so much…don’t hit me…help me…please…”

Gu Yansheng lowered his head to hear what he was saying. Suddenly, his hand was grabbed, the grip on it was painful and tight.

“It’s dark…I’m afraid… Yansheng save me…”

When he heard him calling out his name, he was surprised. He wasn’t expecting Wen Niannan to call him in his nightmare.

“Let me go!” The person on the bed was still holding his hand firmly with no signs of release. Gu Yansheng then realized that he was talking to an unconscious person, how could he respond to him.

In the end, he couldn’t release his hand, so he used his free hand to pick up the cotton and clean the wound to bandage it.

Seeing Wen Niannan suffering from a deep nightmare, he was showing a painful expression, Gu Yansheng sat on one side of the bed contemplating him.

“Yansheng… Yansheng, go away… I won’t let you have an accident… I’ll save you…”

When Gu Yansheng heard what he said, he became furious, with harsh he said: “Will you be in charge? Why is that, my mother didn’t ask you to go back?

“Mrs. Lu said that I mustn’t come back. There have been many things happening here. I’ll deal them for you.”

“Oh, okay, that’s a desperate move to get you in, is she trying to control me?”

Zhou Yuanfeng sighed saying: “Mrs. Lu doesn’t want to control you. This time you broke all the limits. Mrs. Lu asked me to take over the company temporarily, that way you will have time to deal with your family’s affairs. I need you to give all the company information later .”
