Ding Dong…The doorbell rang outside the house.
“I’m going, wait a minute.”
Shen Luoan opened the door seeing Gu Yansheng standing outside, holding his favorite tiramisu in his hands.
“Is it cold? Come in.”
As soon as he entered the house, he shoved his arms around Shen Luoan holding him tight, not letting him go or saying a word, that scared Shen Luoan.
“Yansheng? What’s wrong, what happened?”
“Everything is fine, I just wanted to hug you, let’s stay like this for a while.”
“Okay, we can stay like this as long as you want.” Said Shen Luoan, snuggling up in his arms.
It took a long time for Gu Yansheng to let him go, he stretched out his hand caressing the soft hair of the person in front of him.
“Didn’t you go to the company today?”
Gu Yansheng’s expression changed, he carefully said: “My mother will be back tomorrow, she told me to take care of Wen Niannan at home. Yuanfeng is leading the company.”
“Zhou Yuanfeng?”
Shen Luoan’s face was a little bit hideous when he heard that Zhou Yuanfeng was back.
“Does Mr. Zhou have the right to act like a president? Why did your mother let outsiders take charge of Gu’s company?”
“Yuanfeng is a good friend of mine, we grew up together since little kids. Our two families have a close relationship. My mother has always treated him like a son, she trusts in him unconditionally, so do I.”
Gu Yansheng was a little confused that Luoan would take interest in the company’s business, he thought that maybe he was afraid that his rights would be given to others, but he didn’t tell him to not worry him, so he didn’t take to much importance to it.
“What’s wrong with Niannan? Is he sick again?”
“He’s okay, the doctor said that he has been under too much pressure recently.”
Shen Luoan showed guilt on his face, with worry in his voice he said: “Is it because of me? Because of the video? ”
“This has nothing to do with you, don’t feel guilty, this is happening because of his own assumptions.”
His heart ached when he saw Shen Luoan’s guilty face, so he quickly changed the theme: “The last time I saw you play the piano that you gave me, I will send it in a few days, okay? Wait for me to see Buy it for you if you have a good one.”
“Oh, thank you Yansheng.”
“I’m sorry for not being able to protect what should belong to you since the beginning, which caused you to suffer so much.”

Shen Luoan took Gu Yansheng’s hand leading him towards the dining table. The food on the table was his specialty. He raised a glass of red wine handing it to Gu Yansheng.
“Cheers!”
Gu Yansheng took the wine glass looking at him adoringly: “Cheers!”
They talked happily for a long time, for nearly two hours, the bottle of wine was now empty.
Shen Luoan drank too much, he sat on the sofa feeling dizzy, Gu Yansheng went to the kitchen to cook him a revitalizing soup.
The phone rang suddenly.
Gu Yansheng’s hands were busy, so he pressed the speaker.
“Where are you, Master? Sir has been having nightmares calling your name. Can you please come back and be with him?”
The things on his hands fell with a thud, Gu Yansheng looked back at Shen Luoan in the living room, taking the phone, he turned off the speaker.
“No, he’s just having a nightmare, I won’t go back. It’s good for him to yell. Leave him alone.”
“But Master, sir, he’s obviously…”
Toot…toot…toot
The phone was hung up.
Uncle Xu reluctantly lowered the phone, he looked at the person in bed, he was agonizing showing a sorrowful expression. He kept calling Gu Yansheng’s name.
Heartbroken, he walked over, taking the trembling hands between his, the man in bed gradually calmed, he sighed saying: “Why are you still doing this? He doesn’t treat you well, why are you so naive?”
After he hung up, he stared at the screen for a while without doing any movement.
“Yansheng, what was the noise just now?” Shen Luoan’s voice came from the living room.
“The spoon fell on the ground, sit there for a while, I’ll call you when the soup is ready.”
“Sure. ”
Shen Luoan’s eyes flashed with annoyance, he wasn’t drunk, he clearly heard what the call was about.

Bang bang bang… The was a loud knock on the door, a servant rushed to open the door. As soon as he opened the door, he saw Tang Shuo standing at the door with a tired face carrying his suitcase.
“Young master? Didn’t the lady say that you will be back tomorrow?”
“I had something to do that’s why I’m here. I caught the last flight. Where are my parents? Is everybody sleeping? ” Said Tang Shuo, taking off his coat and walking towards the kitchen, to drink some water.
“Yes, both Mr. and Mrs. are resting. And your brother is still working on the study. Do you want me to call him?”
“That’s ok, you can go to rest.”
Tang Shuo ran upstairs directly to the study, opening the door without knocking, he entered the room.
“Why didn’t you go to sleep yet, brother?”
Tang Lunxuan took off his glasses to clean them, he looked at Tang Shuo and said: “Why are you back today? why you didn’t let me know in advance, you came back because of him, right?”
Tang Shuo scratched his head embarrassed, he replied ashamed: “No…no, I came back because my work there was done.”
It goes without saying that he rushed back because he was dead worried for one person. He stayed up late to get finish the work, that way he was able to come back early the next day. Since the call, he was feeling uneasy, he couldn’t help it.
“Brother, what are you looking at? Don’t push yourself too hard, go to sleep, it’s late.”
“I’ll do it after I finish reading these contracts. It’s been a little bit of a mess since there are new projects. I’ll look at some more information.”
Tang Lanxuan didn’t tell his brother that the company would cooperate with the Gu company fearing that he would overthink it. In fact, he didn’t agree to cooperate at the beginning, he was afraid that it was a trap set by Gu Yansheng, but after discussing it with his father, he changed his mind.

Tang Lunxuan saw Tang Shuo leave the study with a yawn, he sighed stopping his movements.
Gu Yansheng had been troubled all night, he didn’t even hear Shen Luoan’s call, until he walked in front of him, he reacted.
“Yansheng? Yansheng?”
“Huh? What happened?” Gu Yansheng got himself together and looked at the person who was staring at him with worry.
Shen Luoan let out a breath, his eyes were, he said with a slippery voice: “Yansheng, I’m sleepy.”
“It’s too late, it’s time to go to sleep, I’ll tuck you in.” Gu Yansheng returned to himself. They went to the room with Shen Luoan in his arms.
Shen Luoan laid obediently on the bed covering himself with a blanket when Gu Yansheng got up to leave, he grabbed him.
“Where are you going? I want you to sleep with me.”
Looking at the man laying on the bed, who was staring at him with pleading eyes, he couldn’t say no: “Okay, I’ll sleep with you.”
Gu Yansheng laid on one side of the bed with Shen Luoan, he was looking at the moon outside through the French window, lost in his thoughts.
Since he hung up the phone, his mind was restless all night, he kept thinking about Wen Niannan, he couldn’t help but think of his pale face while calling his name.
His mind was kind of a mess with annoying thoughts, without any sign of sleep.
Looking back at the soundly asleep Shen Luoan next to him, he lifted his hand stroking over the soft hair, he lifted the blanket getting out of the bed without making any harsh move.
He went to the balcony, taking out the lighter to lit the cigarette. A number on the screen of the cellphone caught his eyes, he stared at it intently, till the point that the lit cigarette didn’t reach his mouth in any moment.
Gu Yansheng didn’t take a puff until the cigarette consumed it all, burning his hand in the process. Finally, he turned around, putting the cigarette aside to return to bed.
When Shen Luoan woke up the next day, he saw Gu Yansheng with his back against the headboard, sleeping soundly.
Gu Yansheng hadn’t get a wink of sleep almost all night, it was almost bright before he could fell asleep.
Seeing that the person was still asleep and there was no sign of waking up, Shen Luoan walked over lightly, feeling his way over to him, he said: “Yansheng?”
The person who was still asleep suddenly moved his eyelids, squinting his eyes, he said: “Hmm?”
“It’s uncomfortable to sleep like this. Lay down in bed. I’ll help you to lay down.”
“Um…okay…”
The man lifted the quilt lying in the bed, after a while, he fell asleep one more time.
Shen Luoan didn’t expect that Gu Yansheng would be so obedient when he was sleeping. When he saw that he was deeply asleep, he laid softly on the bed.
Raising his hand, he traced the delicate lines of the sleeping face with infatuation, his eyes were full of confidence: “You belong to me, I will get you back.”
Suddenly a ringtone could be heard in the room, coming from a pocket of Gu Yansheng’s coat.
Shen Luoan took out his phone, the ID caller was: Yuanfeng
Was it Zhou Yuanfeng?
Shen Luoan pressed the ACCEPT button without making any noise, a man’s low and captivating voice came from the other end of the phone.
“Don’t forget to pick up your mother at the airport at 1 pm. or she won’t let you go this time. Don’t be caught in the wrong place by her again. I don’t want to clean up your mess anymore.”
There was no reply from the other side of the phone, Zhou Yuanfeng thought it was a little strange. Knowing Gu Yansheng and due to his personality, he would either reply to him and hang up the phone or argue with him. Why was there was any kind of response?
“Hello? ASheng?”
Beep…beep…beep…the phone was hung up.
Zhou Yuanfeng called again finding that it had been turned off, he thought that maybe Gu Yansheng was still angry with him, not wanting to talk to him, so he didn’t pay too much attention to it.
On the other hand, an idea crossed Shen Luoan’s mind. He turned off the phone putting it back in the place he found it. Then he wrinkled Gu Yansheng’s suit a little, he moved to Gu Yansheng’s side and lay down, finally, he put Yansheng’s arms around his waist squeezing it. With a strange look on his eyes, he closed them.
Zhou Yuanfeng arrived at the airport, not seeing Gu Yansheng anywhere. He frowned phoning him but found out that it was still off and unable to receive calls.
What was that guy doing? Isn’t the matter problematic enough?
“Yuanfeng.” A familiar voice came from behind, Lu Yun approached him with a gloomy face while carrying his luggage.
“Mrs. Lu.” Zhou Yuanfeng replied while stepping forward and taking her suitcase.
“There is no need for you to call me Mrs. Lu if we aren’t in the company, what about the boy? Why didn’t he come with you?” Lu Yun looked around seeking for him when she didn’t found him, she frowned.
“Probably ASheng forgot the hour, perhaps he’s waiting for you at home, let’s go back first.”
