Don’t Mess with the Puppy! - Vol.2 Chapter 3 Part 6
However, such sentiments had to be set aside for now. Heeseong, red to the tips of his ears, clutched his throbbing head.
Heeseong was suddenly discussing marriage with the person he had pounced on because of monogamy. As a fighting dog, couldn’t he handle the responsibility of one companion? But it was a different story if that companion was a man-eating wolf. Moreover, Heeseong couldn’t shake off the feeling of being drawn in by Yoon Chi-young’s shy smiles, making the marriage talk feel even more awkward.
Ding, just then, another text arrived next to the fuming Heeseong.
Once again, it was from Yoon Chi-young’s mother. The content poured oil onto the fire of Heeseong’s burning emotions.
[Your sister is very angry. If you’re going to spread rumors like this, she says to hold a formal meeting between the families instead.]
Heeseong blankly froze, checking the unfamiliar term several times, then belatedly bombarded Yoon Chi-young with questions.
“Why is your sister…? Why is she already mentioning a family meeting?”
Heeseong couldn’t understand at all. In this day and age, discussing a family meeting after sleeping together once? No matter how extreme the purebred wolves were, this was way too much.
However, Yoon Chi-young, the person in question, plopped down on the bed as if he had expected it and pulled Heeseong, a hand span shorter, onto his lap.
“It’s okay. It’s not sincere, it’s all politics.”
“What on earth!”
“Well, they’re trying to suppress my power by attaching a mutt tribe member who looks weak as my guardian’s companion.”
At those words, Heeseong’s face looking up at Yoon Chi-young stiffened terrifyingly. The puppy ears on his head were flattened back, and his white tail that had been wagging from agitation also went limp. His complex had been properly triggered.
“…Do I look weak to you?”
“No, baby, you look super strong…”
Although Yoon Chi-young hurriedly soothed him without even making eye contact, the puppy was so angry he gnashed his teeth. To the point his body, which had been ravaged by knotting all night, couldn’t take it.
Whoosh!
In the end, Heeseong, who had transformed into a puppy, threw a fit with all his might. He wildly flailed his front paws and viciously bit Yoon Chi-young’s cell phone and wolf tail. It was no use though, as Yoon Chi-young’s black tail could send him flying with one swish. Anyway, he was angry and made a fuss, so Yoon Chi-young ended up being kicked out of the bedroom.
“Puppy… should I leave?”
Woof!
Two months into living together, Yoon Chi-young now understood some of the puppy’s words. Go, get lost, don’t touch, shrimp. Among them, what the puppy was saying this time was clear.
‘Leave!’
At the stern order, Yoon Chi-young pretended to be sullen and answered, then went out to the terrace, grinning. The white fluffball kept throwing a fit on the bed, but he knew the hot-blooded puppy would make a wise decision once he cooled down anyway. Yoon Chi-young found even the waiting time enjoyable.
