Good Luck Time - Chap 24
Jiang Ge lowered his head and looked at Tao Sizhi, feeling that his anger was a bit funny. He said “hmm” and took him out without bothering to pay attention to Hu Yichui’s playful expression.
After leaving the bookstore, Jiang Ge was a little irritable and did not take a taxi immediately, but walked forward with Tao Sizhi.
After walking for a while, Tao Sizhi suddenly said: “I still have a few new books that I haven’t read yet. I will come back next week.”
Jiang Ge was stunned for a moment, looked at him, and asked him: “Then you still want to leave.”
”Well,” Tao Sizhi said, “you are unhappy.”
Jiang Ge didn’t expect that Tao Sizhi could see other people’s emotions, so he teased him casually: “You know this.”
Tao Sizhi nodded and walked forward. He almost hit the flower bed but did not go around. Jiang Ge reached out and gave him a hand.
Tao Sizhi’s arms are very thin and her skin is warm. He looked at Jiang Ge and said “thank you”. He looked harmless and made people feel safe and calm.
After walking onto the overpass, Jiang Ge stopped, leaned against the railing of the overpass, thought for a while, and took the initiative to explain to Tao Sizhi: “The man just now is the son of my father and his ex-girlfriend. He is two years older than me and has been detained for two grades. So I am a classmate.”
Tao Sizhi looked at Jiang Ge with peaceful eyes and said, “Oh.”
”It’s normal for him to hate me.” Jiang Ge said to Tao Sizhi.
Tao Sizhi thought about it and suddenly said, “You are unhappy.”
Jiang Ge smiled: “Who would be happy to be hated?”
Tao Sizhi looked at Jiang Ge for a while, then suddenly came over and hugged Jiang Ge. He was wearing a very thin T-shirt, and his body temperature was transmitted to Jiang Ge. He leaned his face against Jiang Ge’s chest. He didn’t know whether it was to encourage Jiang Ge or to encourage him. I simply want to rely on Jiang Ge.
”Jiang Ge,” he said to Jiang Ge in a confused and arrogant manner, “my brother told me that it is impossible for everyone in this world to like you. You should only look at people who like you.”
His voice was muffled, and his furry hair rubbed against Jiang Ge.
Jiang Ge put his hand on his shoulder and did not push him away immediately. Jiang Ge felt a little better and responded to him: “It has nothing to do with whether you like him or not. I don’t need anyone to like me.”
Tao Sizhi raised his face, looked at Jiang Ge, moved his lips, as if he didn’t quite understand, and asked, “Don’t you need it?” Jiang Ge paused for a moment, then used a little force to push Tao Sizhi away, letting Tao Sizhi stand on his own. Straight.
He and Tao Sizhi stood on the overpass, and the warm wind seemed to be blowing from all directions.
Tao Sizhi looked at him for another moment, then suddenly turned his head, staring intently at the car lights under the overpass. Jiang Ge didn’t know why he turned his head at first, but later realized that Tao Sizhi might be shy. That’s probably what he meant when he said he liked it.
Looking down from the overpass in the city center in the early morning, the main road was still busy with traffic, and the car lights flashed rapidly.
Jiang Ge had no intention of responding, but he didn’t reject it either. He looked at Tao Sizhi’s side face and felt that a strange person like Tao Sizhi actually had his own cuteness when expressing emotions that he was not good at.
Jiang Ge also looked at the car lights for a while, but Tao Sizhi still stood there stiffly, motionless, as if waiting for an answer. Jiang Ge thought for a while, smiled at Tao Sizhi, and asked him deliberately: “Oh, who likes me, you?”
Tao Sizhi still looked under the overpass and refused to answer.
Jiang Ge felt that Tao Sizhi was amused. After waiting for a while, he raised his hand, touched his chin and cheek, and said, “Tao Sizhi.” He asked him again: “Is that you?”
Tao Sizhi finally turned his eyes back to Jiang Ge. He raised his head slightly, looking a little confused.
”Ah.” He opened his mouth and admitted.
But he didn’t make any demands on Jiang Ge. Like all his behaviors, he liked people and was very strange, as if he just announced something and had no follow-up plan.
After finishing speaking, Tao Sizhi turned around and leaned on the railing of the overpass to watch the traffic.
Jiang Ge looked at him from behind. Tao Sizhi’s T-shirt was too big and hung loosely around her body.
After watching with him for a while, Jiang Ge took out his cell phone and called a car.
A few minutes later, the driver called Jiang Ge and said he was almost there. Jiang Ge called Tao Sizhi and pulled him away.
Jiang Ge held Tao Sizhi’s hand again. Tao Sizhi’s hand was cold and soft. Jiang Ge thought he would be very happy to hold hands with him, but he didn’t show any reaction.
  Chapter 14
In the taxi home, Jiang Ge received a call from his mother, asking him where he was and why he was taking Tao Sizhi out so late.
”Tao Sizhi wants to buy books,” Jiang Ge glanced at Tao Sizhi and said, “He’s on his way back now.”
His mother was quiet and changed her attitude: “Okay.”
The all-night bookstore was a bit far from his home, and it was already past twelve o’clock when he got home.
Jiang Ge’s mother and nanny were both asleep. A dim night light was left on the first floor, and the surroundings were very quiet.
Walking to the door of the room, Jiang Ge found that his mother had posted a note on his door: “This will not happen again.”
Jiang Ge took off the sticky note and put it on Tao Sizhi’s head: “Did you see it? I won’t do it again.”
Tao Sizhi’s face was small, her eyes were covered by paper, and only her chin was exposed. He didn’t say anything, just raised his hand and touched around. Tao Sizhen’s limbs were not very coordinated and she couldn’t grasp the piece of paper. She touched it several times before taking it off and giving it back to Jiang Ge. She said, “I’m going to sleep.” Then she turned and left.
The next morning, Jiang Ge went downstairs and found his mother and Tao Sizhi already sitting at the dining table.
Jiang Ge called his mother and walked over. His mother was still eating. Tao Sizhi finished eating and was holding her cell phone motionless.
Jiang Ge pulled out the chair next to Tao Sizhi, sat down, and glanced at Tao Sizhi’s mobile phone. The love game was going through the plot. Tao Sizhi probably read it word by word, staying on each page for a long time.
Jiang Ge feels that there are not many such loyal gamers left.
”Is the plot good to watch?” he asked Tao Sizhi casually.
Tao Sizhi paused with her finger on the screen, raised her face, looked at Jiang Ge, seemed to think seriously for a while, and told Jiang Ge, “I don’t know.”
