Mr. Dior - Chap 106 Military Tactics on Paper
On Saturday morning, the birds outside the villa were chirping incessantly, waking up Jiao Qi. Rubbing his eyes, he walked to the balcony.
“The young master is awake.” The Jiao family’s butler was in the yard, pointing to the birds on the treetops with a smile. “It’s magpies calling; something good is going to happen today.”
“Something good?”
Jiao Qi thought about his schedule for the day, and the only item on it was a date with Zhang Chenfei.
Thinking about this boyfriend he met through a blind date, Young Master Jiao couldn’t help but chuckle secretly. He had initially thought that relationships that began with blind dates would be conventional and lacklustre, but this one was different. It felt just like the pure and innocent first love in school, genuinely earnest and interesting.
He could spend the whole day with Big Dick Zhang again, which he considered to be a good thing.
Jiao Zuoren had already been up, sitting in the living room and reading the newspaper. Despite the popularity of smart brains, Papa Jiao still liked to read printed materials. Seeing his son coming downstairs, he gestured that it was time for the meal.
Mama Jiao wasn’t at home, so it was just the two of them having a meal. Father and son wore identical serious expressions, as if the dish in front of them wasn’t a simple egg pancake but rather contract documents worth tens of millions.
“Ding——” There’s a new message.
Jiao Qi clicked it to check.
【Big Dick Zhang:I’ll come to see you in a while.】
He quickly replied, asking where he was going today.
【Big Dick Zhang:I’m not driving today. I’ll leave the time in your hands. Take me wherever you want, okay?】
The corners of his mouth raised slightly unconsciously. Jiao Qi replied, “Sure, I’ll plan it.” And then continued eating. While eating, he couldn’t help but daydream about the place for their date.
Papa Jiao couldn’t stand it any longer: “Is that a message from that brat?”
Up to now, he still couldn’t figure out how that kid ended up on the blind date list. Just a wild boy starting a business, seemingly appearing out of nowhere, and his qualifications were nowhere near someone like Li Yingjun. Yet, his own son happened to take fancy of him.
“Dad, his name is Zhang Chenfei, not that brat. We are in a serious relationship.” Jiao Qi didn’t understand what his father was dissatisfied with. “Finding a partner for stable development is what you want, isn’t it, Dad?”
Jiao Zoren choked on old blood in his throat, unable to express the bitterness he felt. Weren’t young people supposed to be strongly disgusted with blind dates? He had initially thought it wouldn’t work out, but who would have imagined that his son got kidnapped and ran away after just the second match.
Seeing his son go upstairs to change clothes immediately after finishing the meal, dressing handsomely and meticulously fixing his hair, Papa Jiao felt extremely uncomfortable. There was an awkward feeling as if the daughter he had raised was about to be snatched away by a man.
“Why all this fuss for a date between two men?”
“No matter who you are going on a date with, a good appearance is basic etiquette.” Jiao Qi adjusted his collar in front of the hallway mirror. “I’m taking the sports car out.”
“No, what driving a sports car in the city? Take my black one,” Jiao Zuoren tossed the car keys to his son.
“Dad, who do you see going on a date in a commercial car?” Although he didn’t have much experience, Jiao Qi had seen a lot in the United States and knew what kind of car was suitable for a date.
He spent a lot of time arguing with his father about the car problem. Finally, Jiao Qi glanced at
his watch, grabbed the keys to the sports car, and directly ran out.
In the warm breeze, Zhang Chenfei stood with one hand in his pocket, under the fragrant camphor tree outside the villa area, chatting with the birds perched on its branches.
“Chirp.”
“I’m waiting for my boyfriend ah.”
“Chirp chirp chirp?”
“En, he’s really handsome. Let me show you his picture.”
The powerful sports car drove out of the community and stopped in front of Zhang Chenfei. Young Master Jiao said apologetically: “I kept you waiting for a long time. My father had something to tell me at the last moment and was delayed.”
Zhang Chenfei smiled and got into the car: “I thought you were testing me.”
“Testing?” Jiao Qi was puzzled.
“People in love, don’t they all test each other’s patience and such?” Zhang Chenfei reached out, resting his hand on the back of the driver’s seat, suddenly leaning in. “I was just thinking, no matter how long you make me wait, even until dark, I would never leave.”
The sudden closeness, with a hint of aggression, made Jiao Qi blush involuntarily. “No need for that.”
“So, it wasn’t a test.” Zhang Chenfei said with feigned regret. “Here I was thinking I could pass the assessment all smugly.”
Jiao Qi lowered his head, looking at the texture on the steering wheel, hiding the almost overflowing smile in his eyes.
Since it was agreed that Jiao Qi would plan today’s date, he took Zhang Chenfei to the bookstore he often visited, casually strolling around and buying a few books along the way.
This bookstore had a total of nine floors. In an era where e-reading became mainstream, it managed to survive by offering an elegant reading environment, delicious snacks and beverages, and beautiful hardcover books. It was indeed a great place for a date.
As they walked to a floor with fewer people, Jiao Qi was planning to experience the feeling of holding hands in the library when suddenly Zhang Chenfei let go of his hand.
“You pick yours, and I’ll pick mine. Let’s see if we like the same things.” Zhang Chenfei smiled, looking around.
“Okay.” Jiao Qi squeezed his suddenly empty hand, feeling a bit embarrassed to state his original purpose. He just turned around to pick some books.
The bookshelves on this floor were designed in a retro style, with two rows of books facing each other. After navigating a few rows of shelves, Jiao Qi found the book he wanted to buy and reached up to grab it. At that moment, someone on the opposite side also grabbed the same book. When they moved aside, he saw it was Zhang Chenfei, who had just mentioned picking out books.
“Aiya, classmate, do you also like this book? What a coincidence! Oh! Can I invite you for a cup of coffee?” Zhang Chenfei leaned against the bookshelf, smiling at the handsome young man across from him.
“Ya——” A few girls nearby couldn’t help but let out small screams. Two handsome guys hitting it off because they grabbed the same book. This kind of melodramatic novel plot was unexpectedly playing out in reality, and it was really exciting for onlookers.
Jiao Qi glared at him.
Zhang Chenfei, however, was fully committed to the act. He came around and grabbed Jiao Qi’s hand. “If you don’t speak, that means you agree. Let’s go.”
So, under the envious gazes of the onlookers, with the halo of a “chance encounter” and a “successful striking up a conversation“, Zhang Chenfei proudly led the little Young Master to the checkout.
After a day of fun, by four o’clock in the afternoon, Jiao Qi’s planned activities were all done. He then asked Zhang Chenfei if there was anywhere else he wanted to go.
Zhang Chenfei lazily leaned against the passenger seat: “I feel like going home.”
Jiao Qi’s heart skipped a beat. When the date reaches this time and the other person suggests going home, it usually means they find the day’s arrangements boring. Silently starting the car, he drove to the front gate of the community where Zhang Chenfei lived.
“Would you like to come up and have a seat? I make really delicious tea.” Zhang Chenfei didn’t rush to get out of the car, holding onto Young Master Jiao’s hand placed on the gear lever.
Huh? Jiao Qi’s eyes shone slightly. After all that, did Zhang Chenfei deliberately say he wanted to go home just to invite him upstairs?
The residence was the other person’s private domain, stepping inside meant taking a further step. In the past six months, Zhang Chenfei seemed to have calculated everything perfectly. From holding hands, step by step, they gradually approached each other, slowly developing to the present. Each move was just right, making it impossible for Jiao Qi to refuse.
This was the house where bachelor Zhang Chenfei lives, a spacious one-bedroom apartment of about a hundred square metres. The bedroom was quite large, and the living room opened up into an open kitchen, which was kept very clean. However, it wasn’t obsessive-compulsive style neatness; there were books arranged in a messy manner, empty glasses that hadn’t been put away. It was full of life.
“Take a seat. I’ll get you a glass of water.” Clearing away the clutter on the coffee table, Zhang Chenfei rolled up his shirt sleeves and washed a plate of strawberries for Jiao Qi to eat.
Jiao Qi sat on the sofa, curiously looking around the room. Suddenly, the sofa next to him sank, and without warning, Zhang Chenfei, who had sat down, pulled him into his arms.
It was called a hug, but in reality, Zhang Chenfei just casually placed his arm behind him. It was because of the sofa that his body leaned, causing him to fall over before he could sit firmly.
Mr. Octopus, with arms outstretched for hunting, wouldn’t let go of the food that he got hold of and held him tight along the way.
“Do you know what it means to come to your boyfriend’s place?” Zhang Chenfei picked up a strawberry and fed it to him.
“What?”
“It means we can talk about some private topics.” Zhang Chenfei lowered his head, gently biting the soft, delicate tip of an ear. “Have you ever slept with someone before?”
Jiao Qi’s attention was drawn by the warm touch, and his whole body tensed up. It took him a moment to respond: “Of course.”
Zhang Chenfei’s eyes darkened: “Really?”
“Well,” He absolutely didn’t want to lose face at this time. So Jiao Qi forced himself to put on a show, “What about you? You are so handsome, you must…”
“No.” he bluntly denied, “I’ve been busy with my startup and haven’t had a boyfriend, so I decided to try blind dating.”
Jiao Qi choked, and his whole show was in vain.
“In that case, then….do you mind going to bed with me? We’ve been dating for six months now.” Zhang Chenfei said, leaning in to kiss his neck.
Since he was experienced, it would be a bit unreasonable to be reserved at this point. Jiao Qi felt like he had bravely thrown a stone at his own foot, but soon enough, Zhang Chenfei’s actions made him forget about thinking. Before he knew it, he was carried into the bedroom in a daze.
“Let’s talk first. Do you have any specific requirements for this thing?” Zhang Chenfei sensed the tension in the body in his arms and continued to tease while holding back his laughter.
Requirements? Jiao Qi had no experience at all and was a bit scared. He was afraid that Zhang Chenfei would treat the little daisy like a full blooming sunflower and said: “Just be gentle at the beginning, okay?”
“Okay, I’ll try to be gentle.” Feeling Jiao Qi trembling, Zhang Chenfei suddenly felt distressed for him. He hugged him and patted him. “Is there anything else?”
“Let’s take a shower first.”
“Okay.”
“Do you have any requirements?” Proper behaviour is based on reciprocity, Jiao Qi also asked him.
“I don’t have experience, so my skills might be lacking. If it hurts you, please let me know in time.”
After saying this, Jiao Qi became even more nervous. But as the “experienced” party, he couldn’t make a fool of himself, so he nodded calmly.
After the shower, the two looked at each other.
“Apply this first, and then use that…” Jiao Qi gave instructions as if discussing military tactics on paper.
“En, like this?”
“Wu… it hurts…”
“Don’t be scared, baby. I’ll take it slow.” Zhang Chenfei kissed the face that was red from the pain. “Why are you so adorable, Yanyan?”
“En? What did you say?”
“Nothing, I love you.”
