My Perfect Enemy is Finally Broke Novel - Chap 60
After he left the elevator, Ji Ran sprinted back to the room. From afar, he saw a group of men and women standing in front of his door, seeming to be engaged in conversation.
“Alright, let’s play mahjong since there’s nothing else to do. The hotel has a mahjong room.”
“But there’s seven of us, how do we split?”
“How about the other three watch from the side?”
“I refuse!”
Their chatter died when they saw Ji Ran.
Ji Ran hugged his bathrobe tighter and hunched over silently, not sparing them a glance.
He was feeling extremely terrible from holding it in and his face was already flushed.
Once he walked over, he realised these people were staying in the room next to his.
Ji Ran silently gritted his teeth and headed over, stopping before the door. He mercilessly slammed on the bell.
There was no reaction.
He pressed it a couple of times but there was no response. He simply banged on it and shouted in annoyance. “Open up!”
The people beside him were already beginning to converse with their eyes, especially the girls.
Ji Ran was unusually anxious. He took out his phone, ready to call Qin Man.
“Hey, handsome.” After discussing it from the side, they called him. “Are you free?”
Ji Ran turned to look at them but did not respond.
Fck, it has been at least ten minutes. Why hasn’t his reaction subsided?
Had he been too unrestrained recently and accidentally caused this malfunction?
“We’re short one person, are you interested? We’ll cover the cost.” One of them smiled, “Just a game of mahjong, you should know how to, right?”
Ji Ran struggled to reply calmly. “Not playing.”
“Oh, alright.” That person looked at him and noticed his abnormality. “Your face is a little red. Are you ill?”
“No.”
“Eh?” One of the men glanced at him a few more times and felt he looked rather familiar. After a moment of hesitation, he asked, “Are you… Ji Ran?”
Ji Ran stared warily at him.
“Ah, I saw you in a competition previously!” The man cried out, “Three years ago? Or was it five? I even asked for an autograph.” Even though Ji Ran did not give it to him.
His companion asked, “A race?”
“That’s right, he’s a racer and a terrific one. Ji Ran, do you still remember me?”
Ji Ran was going crazy.
His body was heating up and he felt like he was about to explode from holding it in. When he spoke, he was practically gnashing his teeth. “I don’t.”
“It’s been a long time. It’s normal for you to not remember me.”
That person didn’t feel awkward at all and even stepped forward.
Ji Ran clenched his fists, thinking if he should go to Yue Wen Wen’s room when the door behind him suddenly creaked open.
A soapy fragrance wafted out as Qin Man, with his wet hair, appeared at the door. “I’m here…”
He had just finished his bath when he heard the doorbell. He quickly put on his clothes but was still a little late.
Seeing the heavy and flushed expression of the person outside, Qin Man was stunned. He was just a little late, surely there wasn’t a need to be angry to this extent?
He was about to explain but Ji Ran had already rushed in. He squeezed through the gap in the door and slammed the door shut with his back, chest heavily undulating.
He leaned against the door and panted deeply before taking large strides towards the bathroom.
Qin Man stepped forward and grabbed him. “What’s wrong? Didn’t you go get a massage? Why did you suddenly come back?”
“No,” Ji Ran said. “I suddenly wanted to use the toilet, so I came back.”
Such a big hotel, there was no need to come all the way back to his room. Qin Man raised an eyebrow. “Your face is very red. What’s going on?”
He also fcking wants to know what’s going on.
He began to suspect that he had been drugged!
Ji Ran waved his hand. “I already said nothing’s wrong… let me go. I want to use the bathroom!”
As it was already summer, the bathrobes provided by the hotel were rather thin and light. God only knew how Ji Ran had managed to conceal it the entire way back.
Amidst their tussle, Qin Man caught a glimpse of a slightly raised area that caused his bathrobe to protrude.
He paused. “You’re really going to use the restroom?”
Ji Ran was about to blow a fuse. He turned around and roared, “Nonsense! Could I possibly be fake going to the restroom? Why don’t you show me how it’s done!”
Ji Ran was about to burst but he still wanted to express his rage. Unexpectedly, just as he opened his mouth, a hoarse cry came out from within.
Qin Man reached under his bathrobe and grabbed him. “What’s this? Holding back?”
“…”
“…”
Ji Ran felt like a thousand years old volcano that had been holding back from erupting. Once touched, he would explode.
His entire face was burning as he furiously sent a slap towards Qin Man’s shoulders. Not only did he fail to push the other person away, his hands suffered.
“Do you want to die?” He cursed, “… Let me go now!”
“You’re already in this state, don’t you want to solve it?” Qin Man said with understanding, “Or could it be that you intend to resolve it yourself in the bathroom?”
Ji Ran’s ears were practically burning. “In any case, I don’t need your help.”
“Why?”
Both of them stood by the door and Ji Ran could faintly make out some voices outside.
He nearly stopped breathing in shame. “Anyway… I don’t need you.”
Qin Man helped him. “Is it because I confessed to you?”
Since he knew, why did he still have to ask so directly?!
After learning Qin Man had feelings for him, there was no way he could sleep with Qin Man normally. If he didn’t accept Qin Man in future, wouldn’t he be extremely scummy…
“As long as you know.” Ji Ran was growing impatient. “Get off me.”
Qin Man sank into silence for a moment. “I don’t want to.”
Ji Ran froze. Before he could react, the person in front of him had already knelt down.
This useless bathrobe had no defences.
Ji Ran had originally already been pent up and Qin Man was skilled at making him feel good. He grabbed Qin Man’s hair and cursed a few times before his voice gradually died down.
The belt securing his bathrobe had fallen and slung across his thighs. Ji Ran’s body was pressed against the door as his fingers trembled. The desire he had pent up the whole way back was finally allowed to go wild, yet he wasn’t able to reach the peak.
“Qin Man…” He lowered his head and looked at the man kneeling before him.
The people outside were still noisily discussing how they should split the existing members for a round of mahjong. Their voices were especially loud, filling the entire hallway.
Once Ji Ran thought about how they were only separated by a wall, his heart nearly leapt out of his chest.
After a moment, Qin Man swallowed and remarked, “Isn’t this too quick?”
Ji Ran was momentarily dazed before he got a shock and asked with incredulity, “Y-You… swallowed it?”
“Fck, spit it out… are you crazy?!”
Qin Man had done this for him many times, but he had never actually swallowed it.
Qin Man did not react and neither did he get up. He only looked straight ahead. “You’re quite excited tonight.”
Ji Ran rasped out, “Alright, that’s enough. Go and rinse your mouth.”
“Let’s do it.” Qin Man looked up at him and swept away all his
“… No.”
“But you still haven’t gone down yet,” Qin Man asked, “Can you endure?”
“Who doesn’t have a right hand?” Ji Ran hardened his scalp.
“Will you feel good on your own?” Qin Man persevered and said, “You’ve drunk too much Eight Treasures Soup, you won’t be able to calm it down. Do you really plan to rely on your hands in the future? It’s fine if you accept me, but if you refuse, isn’t the money you spent going to waste?”
What kind of Eight Treasures soup was so potent?!
Just as Ji Ran was about to speak, Qin Man moved his hands and mouth, forcing his words back in.
“Do it?” After waiting for Ji Ran to come back to his senses, Qin Man asked slowly.
Men have always been weak to carnal desires, especially in a state of lust.
Ji Ran’s train of thoughts had been completely misled by him.
That’s right. He’d already paid and if he just gave it up now because of a few words from Qin Man, wasn’t he suffering a loss?
Moreover, sex and romance were two separate things — just look at Cheng Peng and anyone would know.
That’s why he could do it too!
Ji Ran did a series of calculations and finally gritted his teeth. “Go rinse your mouth.”
“Are you disdaining yourself?” Qin Man laughed.
“Are you going or not?”
“I’m going.” Qin Man got up, “Bear with it for a little longer. I’ll be quick.”
“… Fck off.”
Because of this, Ji Ran was practically dying when they kissed afterwards.
Qin Man pressed him down and kissed him several times before asking.
“Is my mouth clean?”
“Is there any smell?”
“Don’t you want to know what you taste like?”
“I don’t!” With a red face, Ji Ran grabbed a pillow and threw it at him, but its offensive power was equivalent to zero. “Do you fcking… still want to do it or not? Otherwise, you can get lost. You are so full of shit, did I buy you to tell me stories?”
The farm house’s boss was truly frank. Ji Ran could swear on his behalf that the ingredients used were the real deal.
Together, they tangled for half the night before the unseen fire in his heart gradually dispersed. After a bath, he sank into a deep sleep without the slightest energy to curse at a certain person.
In the morning, a phone call roused the slumbering man.
Ji Ran was too lazy to bring it to his ear and simply put it on speaker mode.
“Wuwuwu…” From the other side, Yue Wen Wen’s voice sounded especially bitter. “Ran Ran, I’m doomed. I’m going to die. My youth ends here.”
Hearing this, Ji Ran sat up and frowned. “What’s wrong?”
“My nose is bleeding!” Yue Wen Wen let out a devastating cry. “There’s so much. My entire bedding is full of blood. When I woke up, I thought I’d been killed and I was looking at my own body! Am I going to die? What should I do? Should I call 120?”
“…”
Ji Ran laid back down comfortably and his voice also became lazier. “Relax, you won’t die. You just have too much internal heat.”
“How can it be?! I always drink green tea at work!”
“It’s the Eight Treasures soup from yesterday.”
Yue Wen Wen hesitated. “Really? It’s just that soup? How could it be so potent?”
“It’s just that potent.” Ji Ran closed his eyes.
“Oh, alright. I won’t call 120.” Yue Wen Wen finally relaxed. “Ran Ran, hurry up and get ready. Cheng Peng has a meeting in the afternoon, we should leave soon.”
After hanging up, an arm snaked over his waist as he sat up.
“I helped stop your nosebleed.” Qin Man opened his eyes to look at him and laughed languidly. “Aren’t you going to thank me?”
Ji Ran shrugged his hand off. “Stop pasting gold on your face.”
On the way back, Yue Wen Wen seemed to have thought of something. He half got up from his seat and turned around to ask, “Ran Ran, was your nose also bleeding?”
Ji Ran’s eyes were closed. “No.”
“In that case, how did you think of the Eight Treasures Soup?”
“… Don’t bother me. I’m sleeping.”
Having been refused, Yue Wen Wen looked pitifully at Qin Man.
The latter smiled. “He also had too much internal heat last night and couldn’t sleep well.”
Yue Wen Wen remarked, “No wonder I kept tossing and turning and couldn’t sleep! How did you guys fall asleep?”
“I fed him green tea the whole night.”
Ji Ran’s face was green. “Shut up.”
Thanks to Qin Man, he did not wish to consume Eight Treasures Soup or green tea ever again in his life.
