One Useless Rebirth - Chap 160
Chap 160
: The One and Only (2)
Translator: Sissy That Walk
His touch got He Bai itchy, and at the same time he felt something bulging rub against his thigh… He Bai’s face reddened all over for reasons of either lack of breath or excitement when he pushed Di Qiuhe away. Gasping for breath, he lifted one hand and flicked his head down.
“What are you excited for? Calm down!”
Looking at his ruddy lips, Di Qiuhe’s breath got out of pattern, and his body tightened, seemingly he is suppressing himself. Finally, he couldn’t help but hold He Bai in his arms and rubbed his neck with his head, whispering, “Little Puppy… I’d like to…”
“Shut the front door!” He Bai also sensed a rise in his temperature, and some gay movies flashed through his mind, which made him look odd. The power of reason reigned supreme at the moment. He pushed Di Qiuhe away and said, “We have to proceed step by step… Anyway, you must calm down your package now! Plus, stop touching me!” Otherwise, things would definitely get out of hand.
Di Qiuhe retreated a little, while his burning palms still on He Bai’s waist. Excitement made his voice hoarse, “Little Puppy, it’s beyond my control…” Despite the words, he paused in the end, unwilling to force him.
Erotic eyes, low-pitched voice, heavy pant, tightened muscles, vibrating larynx, tightly closed lips… He Bai’s heart skipped a beat when seeing such a sexy Di Qiuhe. He hurriedly pushed Di farther and went out, “I… I’m going to see whether the sheets are ready, and you… you take care of it.” After saying it, he stepped out of the kitchen and strode toward the laundry room.
Di Qiuhe stood still, following He Bai with his eyes. He tried to reduce the swelling by taking a deep breath, only to find it of no use. Therefore, he went to the sink and turned on a tap, letting cold water run across his face.
He heard the purr of the kettle, and then-a click.
Its switch turned off automatically, and the indicator lamp went out. The water came to the boil.
Di Qiuhe cast a glance at it, wiped off water stains on his face and reached over to pinch its short tail, smiling, “You really have the power to make me go crazy!”
When his body calmed down, Di Qiuhe went to the bathroom to find He Bai, who crouched down putting sheets out of the washing machine into the dryer.
On hearing the footsteps, He Bai turned around and stretched against Di Qiuhe with a straight face, “Stop there. It’ll be several minutes before the sheets are dried, so you can have a bath first. Besides, it’s too late, and I’m sleepy. Good night.”
Di Qiuhe paused. Seeing He Bai’s brows knitted and lips puckering, he yearned for another kiss but gave up when he caught sight of the dark shadows under his eyes as well as a note of weariness in his look. Thus, he came to a stand obediently and coaxed He Bai in a gentle voice, “Ok, I’ll go right now. You can have a rest on the sofa, and there’s hot water available. The bottled water is too cold to drink.”
He Bai didn’t expect that Di Qiuhe should behave so docilely, taking his hand back and looking up at him, whose sudden gentleness dazzled him. In a trance, he bowed to avoid his sight and purred, “I get it. Go have a bath and remember to take your toiletries. There’s none upstairs.”
Dumbfounded, Di Qiuhe cast a glance at his pajamas and couldn’t help being struck by his kindness. He went closer and rubbed He Bai’s hair, “you…” At a loss for words, Di Qiuhe bent over for a kiss on his top and walked away immediately for fear of irritating him.
He Bai felt his head with one hand, glanced at the door and gave the leaver a glare, “I haven’t washed my hair today…”
After that, he burst into laughter. Fiddling with the newly bought clothes dryer, He Bai touched his lips.
…It seemed that Di Qiuhe wasn’t always a childish guy.
There were four rooms on the second floor. Di Qiuhe examined each of them and found the comfortable master bedroom along the innermost part of the corridor.
It was pretty large, with a balcony, cloakroom and a bathroom. Furniture inside was all his preferred style. Looking down at his leather shoes and along at the soft carpet, Di Qiuhe bent down, took his shoes off and stepped in with socks on.
The room was equipped with most of the furniture, except small devices like desk lamps, which He Bai hadn’t found time to buy yet. Di Qiuhe walked about the room, felt the brand-new mattress, and went to the bathroom with toiletries.
The shower curtain had a pattern of starry sky he once jokingly mentioned. It looked a little childish, unfit for the overall decoration of the bathroom. The bath rack was empty, and there’s a set of pajamas on the clothes shelf.
He picked up the pajamas and had a look. It was a new one whose size fit him well and shared the same style with that of He Bai but different in pattern. At the foot of the door panel placed a pair of slippers, exactly same as what He Bai wore after bath.
Di Qiuhe took out those slippers and put them on, finding that they were perfectly fit. He couldn’t help but lean against the wall and smile.
Articles for daily use in this villa were actually prepared in double, one for He Bai himself, and the other for nobody but him.
All of these warmed the cockles of Di Qiuhe’s heart. Standing in this newly decorated bathroom, he acquired an unparalleled sense of satisfaction, and more importantly, found his root since Grandpa passed away.
It’s their home, his and Little Puppy’s, the home that Little Puppy prepared for him.
Having washed his face as fast as he could, Di Qiuhe strode down the stairs eagerly, and stopped short when he saw He Bai asleep on the sofa. He stepped over on tiptoes, picked up a coat to covered him, and crouched down, gazing at him.
It must be quite difficult for Little Puppy to purchase such a big house, based on his current financial situation, not to mention these seemingly expensive furniture… No wonder he had been working all the time lately.
Di Qiuhe was too choked with emotion to speak. He leaned down and buried his head beside He Bai, gently touching the back of his hand.
It was awesomely great to have such a gentle companion in his life.
