Special Effects Pheromone - Chap 1
The lobby of the Yuan Yao Hotel still suspended that unique light—a constellation formed by a string of sparkling blue bulbs hanging high, reflecting against the dark blue ceiling like a deep starry sky.
Unfortunately, Xiao Qi, anxiously waiting in the lobby, wasn’t in the mood to appreciate the top-notch decoration of this luxury hotel.
He impatiently checked his watch, then looked up, finally exhaling deeply—he had finally seen the person he was waiting for.
Yu Zhao walked with grace under the starlight-like lamps, resembling a model on a runway. He moved swiftly, his long legs encased in well-fitted trousers, revealing elegant lines as he moved.
“How’s it going?” Yu Zhao’s tone was steady. “Is Mr. Cheng and Mr. Liu here?”
“It’s not just them!” Xiao Qi wiped the sweat off his forehead. “Mr. Yong is here too!”
Mr. Yong is a ‘Mr.,’ but Yong isn’t his surname. Both Yu Zhao and Yu Yong share the surname “Yu,” so to distinguish them, one is called Mr. Yong, and the other is Mr. Zhao.
“He’s clearly trying to ‘swoop in’!” Xiao Qi gritted his teeth. “We absolutely can’t let him steal the deal!”
“Of course not.” Yu Zhao said lightly but confidently.
This business was originally led by Yu Zhao, and Mr. Cheng was a border person. For this, Yu Zhao flew four thousand kilometers, arriving at the border city and endured sandstorms for half a month just to finalize the deal with Mr. Cheng. Unexpectedly, Yu Yong suddenly intervened!
At that moment, a male secretary approached—Tang Donggu, Yu Yong’s secretary.
Tang Donggu bowed politely, very courteously, taking Yu Zhao’s briefcase. Yu Zhao was cautious and didn’t let him take it, passing the briefcase to Xiao Qi instead. Tang Donggu didn’t seem uncomfortable, still smiling, and said, “Oh, Zhao, you’ve come just in time. Our Mr. Yong has stirred things up, and you’re here!”
He made it sound as though Yu Zhao had unintentionally stolen the scene from Yu Yong.
Tang Donggu led Xiao Qi and Yu Zhao upstairs and arrived in the private room. Sure enough, they saw Yu Yong already chatting and drinking with Mr. Cheng and Mr. Liu. When Yu Zhao arrived, Mr. Cheng only nodded slightly.
Yu Zhao understood in his heart that as soon as the others saw Yu Yong, they liked him because Yu Yong was an ALPHA. He, an OMEGA, was always “inferior”. Even in business negotiations, he had to put in 200% effort to get 100% respect compared to the others.
However, Yu Zhao was quite used to these unwritten rules. He already had a plan in mind, ready to take back what was his from this ALPHA, Yu Yong.
Stepping on the faces of other ALPHAs wasn’t something new for Yu Zhao—he was quite experienced in that regard and felt no sense of accomplishment. It was as commonplace as drinking water.
The waiter came over with tea and water, serving Yu Zhao and asking about his preferences. Yu Zhao briefly answered, and the waiter left. Yu Zhao drank two cups of tea and then asked Xiao Qi, “Where’s my bag?” Pausing for a moment, he asked again, “Wasn’t it left in the locker by the server?”
“No, I’ve been carrying it all along.” Xiao Qi, knowing the rules, had been holding the briefcase tightly, only passing it to Yu Zhao now.
Yu Zhao nodded and left with his bag.
Watching Yu Zhao walk away, Yu Yong smiled confidently.
Yu Zhao was someone with secrets—few knew about his secrets, but Yu Yong did. After all, they were brothers! Having grown up together in the same house since childhood, how could they keep secrets from each other?
Yu Zhao’s natural pheromone concentration was very high. If an ALPHA’s pheromone concentration was high, that was a huge advantage. But for an OMEGA like him… it was also a significant advantage for his ALPHA.
“Don’t be fooled by my brother’s usual icy demeanor. When he goes into heat…” Yu Yong whispered to Tang Donggu, “You know what to do, right?”
“I do. I’ve already arranged a professional pickpocket to pretend to be a waiter,” Tang Donggu whispered, “He will swap Yu Zhao’s suppressant with regular saline.”
Yu Yong smiled again, “I still have a little conscience; no poisoning or hallucinogens, just brothers having fun.” And he didn’t arrange for any miscellaneous men to “do the job.” He only wanted Yu Zhao to miss this deal and for him to go into heat publicly—just that, he believed, would be a devastating blow to the arrogant Yu Zhao.
Yu Zhao’s pheromone scent was too strong, so he always wore a thin pheromone barrier at the nape of his neck to prevent others from smelling his scent.
Once in the restroom, he, as usual, took out his suppressant and injected himself. What he didn’t know was that the suppressant had been swapped.
However, he soon noticed something was amiss.
His heartbeat became rapid and irregular, and his vision started to blur. He weakly leaned against the restroom wall and suddenly realized something.
While he still had the will, Yu Zhao immediately called Xiao Qi.
However, at that moment, Xiao Qi was pinned down at the drinking table, unable to move, and his phone had already been discreetly taken by a professional pickpocket.
Seeing that Xiao Qi didn’t answer the call, Yu Zhao guessed what was happening and felt more anxious. He had always considered himself tough, but the inherent deficiency of an OMEGA couldn’t be overcome…
He found his consciousness starting to blur. He took out the pen he had with him and pricked the back of his hand—blood immediately surfaced, and it helped him regain some alertness. With this newfound alertness, he looked around, saw a “cleaning in progress” sign, and quickly put it up. He closed the restroom door in passing.
He took out all the pheromone barrier patches he had on him and placed them all over himself to prevent the overly strong scent of his heat from spreading out and attracting others. After that, he sent a message to all the people he trusted for help—of course, there weren’t many, but each one was reliable.
For now… he could only await rescue.
He locked himself in the compartment of the restroom, used his tie to cover his mouth, tore his jacket, and tied himself to the toilet.
He knew this situation was very embarrassing, but he believed his friends would arrive soon. The people on his “list” wouldn’t keep him waiting for long.
Unexpectedly, someone arrived even faster.
Qu Jing walked to the restroom door, saw the “cleaning in progress” sign, furrowed his brow, knocked twice, but no one responded. He pushed the door and entered, immediately noticing a strange scent lingering in the air—something indescribable.
He was an ALPHA with a particularly high concentration of pheromones as well, so he was also quite sensitive to OMEGA pheromones. He paced around the spacious bathroom and noticed all the stall doors were open except for one, from where a subtle scent emanated.
It seemed like a flower was blooming inside, enclosed in a glass cover, releasing a faint fragrance like the mist of rain, delicate and fragrant.
Qu Jing knocked on the stall door and listened closely to any sound inside. Strange… he seemed to hear a sob—could something have happened?
Qu Jing frowned and decided to break the door open.
After breaking in, Qu Jing was genuinely surprised at the scene before him—a handsome-looking OMEGA, with a slender neck exuding a fragrant sweat through a damp white shirt, the contours of the body becoming blurry yet distinct, hands and feet bound by tattered clothes, a silk tie stuffed into the pink lips, and the eyes of this beauty sparkled upon seeing Qu Jing, shining like a starry sky or a pool of mercury.
At this moment, Yu Zhao, already showing a feverish appearance, had lost his usual coldness.
Qu Jing didn’t recognize Yu Zhao, just as Yu Zhao didn’t recognize Qu Jing.
Presently, when Yu Zhao saw Qu Jing, his eyes sparkled, not for something else, but for the fragrant scent emanating from Qu Jing. Qu Jing’s smell was like burning charcoal, slowly spreading in the air, growing stronger and warmer.
Qu Jing squatted in front of Yu Zhao and removed the tie from his mouth.
Yu Zhao almost immediately groaned.
His breath leaked out near Qu Jing’s lips.
Qu Jing smelled the scent that was restrained within the cover—a scent like roses but sweeter and more luscious, as though it wasn’t dew on the rose but honey.
This was a big beauty with the scent of honeyed roses.
Qu Jing untied all of Yu Zhao’s bindings. This beautiful person immediately leaned on his chest, carrying an irresistible warmth.
Yu Zhao closed his eyes tightly, greedily pressing his lips against Qu Jing’s neck, where the scent of musk sandalwood came from, making his heart feel purified. “Be good, don’t bite,” Qu Jing said, caressing Yu Zhao’s hair while undoing his pants.
Yu Zhao revealed parts he wouldn’t normally show to others—fair and plump.
Qu Jing held his waist and smiled, “It might hurt a little.”
“Ah—” Yu Zhao exclaimed, pain shooting through his ass—almost simultaneously, a special suppressant was injected into his body, and he instantly regained consciousness.

Author’s Note: Just to clarify, it is an instant suppressant that can make an Omega in heat immediately regain consciousness, so it has to be administered on the butt (it’s not for some perverse interest).
