That day was a day of business networking for Qu Jing at the Yuan Yao Hotel.
The other person looked at Qu Jing and said, “I heard your ALPHA pheromones are very strong…”
Qu Jing shrugged and nodded, “You’re a BETA, so you might not feel it as strongly.”
“So, would an OMEGA’s scent be very apparent?” the other person asked with curiosity.
“It depends,” Qu Jing replied with a smile. “Sometimes when I encounter OMEGAs, especially during those special times without suppressants, they can be quite troublesome for me…”
The other person laughed, “What’s so troublesome about it? Just take your pants off!”
“Yeah, take off the pants and give them a shot of suppressant,” Qu Jing replied with a smile.
The other person still thought Qu Jing was joking, not knowing that Qu Jing indeed carried suppressants with him. Whoever got into heat, he would administer the shot.
The table was filled with people drinking heavily, losing their sense of composure. Only Qu Jing maintained control over his alcohol intake, pretending to be drunk but remaining quite clear-headed. When he had just graduated, he wasn’t accustomed to this style of “dealing business at the drinking table”, but since it involved earning money, he had to go with the flow.

Normally, Qu Jing would have pretended to collapse drunk and avoided responding to that challenge.
