That night before bed, YuanYang was arranged in the guest room next to GuQingPei’s room.
Although GuQingPei’s parents’ house is a bit old, it’s still large in size, with good daylight, and very clean, making it very comfortable to live in. GuQingPei bought several houses in the city for the two elders but they refused to move. They just like to live here.

Unexpectedly, YuanYang got even more excited and started to hit the wall with some rhythm that GuQingPei couldn’t comprehend. Although the sound was faint, it was continuous.
GuQingPei simply picked up his phone to call him.
After only one ring, YuanYang immediately picked up. It was as if he was waiting for him.
GuQingPei tucked himself fully under the blanket and whispered, “What’s that knocking?”
“Morse code.”
“What does it mean?”
“Guess?”
“It’s definitely not any good words.”
“Come over, I’ll tell you.”
“Too cold, I don’t want to get out of bed.”
YuanYang laughed twice, “Then, I go to your room.”
GuQingPei whispered, “This is my home, don’t be improper.”
“I just want to get warm under the blanket with you.”
GuQingPei wrapped his blanket tightly around himself. YuanYang’s nice and warm body gave him a huge temptation. Before his sanity even had time to struggle, he blurted out, “Come over.”
Very soon, he heard the sound of the door opening and closing next door. Although the movements were very light, if one perked up their ears, it can still be heard. Fortunately his parents’ master bedroom is on the south side, separating from them across the living room.
YuanYang pushed the door in, his deep eyes glimmering in the dark gives off tempting rays of light.

The moment his and YuanYang’s eyes met, he even starts to wonder if his persistence in his egotistical ways would really make him laugh to the end. To let YuanYang go is just to preserve his achievements and status. Would it really make him happy?
For so many years, he had placed his feelings in the inferior position. He had long ago, passed the age of being crazy for love. Even at a very young age, he had been convinced that the most important thing for men is to be successful and prestigious, for people to look up to. It is not to be so absorbed in sexual desires.
So he worked tirelessly and didn’t give up any opportunities to stand out among others. Love is something dispensable. He’s never had it in his 30 years, but so what? He, GuQingPei, is still the impressive, admirable, and well-regarded GuQingPei.
However, it is completely different now.
YuanYang had solidified his beliefs, making him feel uncontrollably relaxed.
YuanYang quickly lifted the blanket and got into GuQingPei’s bed. His cold hands and feet hugged GuQingPei, revealing an arrogant smile at him.
He looked like a little wolf dog rolling around in the master’s bed.
GuQingPei patted his hand and said, “So freaking cold, talking about warming the blanket.”
“You’ll be hot after hugging for a while,” YuanYang arched his head onto the crook of GuQingPei’s neck, screaming that it is hot on his sensitive skin, making GuQingPei feel a bit itchy. He turned his neck, but his body habitually nestled against YuanYang.
“Is it warm?” YuanYang stroked his back, clasping GuQingPei’s cold feet with his calf.
GuQingPei gently grumbled, “Uh-huh.”
YuanYang kissed his forehead, “Aren’t I good to you?”
GuQingPei smiled, “Is okay.”
“Where am I not good, just say it?”
“Do you know how it is to be good to a person?”
For a moment, YuanYang was actually stumped by this question. He hesitatingly responded, “For you to eat to your fullness, be warm and have no worries.”
“Do you think I am like this now?”
YuanYang was silent for a moment, “I’ll make you feel that way sooner or later.” In his life, there has never been a moment as it is now, where he desperately hoped to be strong. If he never met GuQingPei, he would never have known that he had so far amounted to nothing. He only depended on his fierceness and his unreasonableness. Basically, he had no means to protect his person. Not only does he lack confidence in front of his father at the moment, he felt guilty even being questioned by GuQingPei.
He must be stronger, more powerful so he could protect GuQingPei; so his dad can look at him with high regards and admiration; so he can remove all the obstacles in front of them. Only in that way will GuQingPei wholeheartedly stay by his side.
GuQingPei looked at YuanYang’s youthfully handsome face, tinged with slight childish nature; he could only bitterly laugh in his heart.
Even if YuanLiJiang’s threat did not exist, they being together in itself is full of anxiety and restlessness. After all YuanYang is only 22 years old. What men at that age could settle down? Even GuQingPei himself could not do it.

YuanYang’s large warm hand gently massaged GuQingPei’s back, “You just watch. I’m going to let you know that being with me is absolutely right. You’re already at this age so don’t waste time, just wholeheartedly be with me. I’ll be good to you, better than anyone else.” YuanYang embraced him tightly, as if he couldn’t cherish him enough, hugging him extremely tight.
GuQingPei lightly laughed, “You’re very handsome to me, but we are after all, from different generations.”
YuanYang squeezed his ass, “I’ll tell you the truth.”
“Say it.”
“Your arrogant speech and extreme self-confidence deserve a fucking.”
GuQingPei hit him with his knees, “Looking for trouble?”

YuanYang silently smiled, “Then fuck you forever.”

The little wolf dog rushed onto the bed and got back under the blanket, kissing GuQingPei intensely, “But I don’t want to get up, I wanted to stay warm under the blanket.”
GuQingPei smiled so much his eyes squinted.
He turned on the laptop. The two huddled closely under the warm blanket, their two heads stuck to each other as they study the Tianjin project.
The project information is not particularly complete, but it is enough to understand the overall current status. GuQingPei did an analysis on the project and explained it to YuanYang. YuanYang attentively listened and nodded his head.

“Well, let me go check and see if it’s worth the investment. I have money in the stock market and can cash out at any time. As long as this project is suitable, I can invest in the second phase.”

The two ate an authentic Sichuan-style hotpot at GuQingPei’s family house. Mother Gu prepared all the ingredients and sauces. The spiciness was delightful. It was the first time for YuanYang to have such an appetite making Mother Gu so happy.
The two flew to Tianjin in the afternoon. They plan to go back to Beijing after checking out the project in project in Tianjin. Then from Beijing, head back to Chengdu. When they arrived in Tianjin, the business partner provided the hospitality. The two ate dinner, chatting and drinking before returning to the hotel.
